Set The Hook Sport Fishing is Capt. Joe Ciampa’s Winthrop-based charter, fishing the waters around Boston and beyond from a 32-foot Sailfish. Trips cover inshore and offshore opportunities for stripers, bluefish, black sea bass, haddock, little tunny and other seasonal New England species.
