HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES 2025
For delivery within the U.S. before December 25th, please use the following order date guidelines. Shipping times vary and unexpected delays can occur. Order early! If you're not sure about estimated delivery times to your area, please contact us at iamfishyaf@gmail.com.

For additional information regarding holiday shipping times, including international delivery times, please refer to the USPS website or the UPS schedule. Be sure to order 2 days before posted guidelines on carrier sites to allow for order processing. We will do everything we can to get orders shipped as fast as possible! Happy holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, shipping times can vary due to pandemics, weather, witchcraft, or unplanned fishing trips.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (In the USA)

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm ET).  Shipping rates are automatically calculated depending on your location and shipping service selected during checkout.

Once your product leaves us, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the shipping information and tracking number. FishyAF may not be able ship to Post Office Boxes…. unless we are in the mood or bribed correctly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Not in the USA)

International shipping is available for our international customers. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout and products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm ET). FishyAF may not be able to ship to International Post Office Boxes.

Once your product leaves our “warehouse” (aka our house), a notification email will be sent to you. Please note, customer is responsible for all taxes, tariffs, VATs, duties, brokerage fees and any other fees your country charges for international shipments. FishyAF not responsible for any such fees, nor do we have information regarding fees charged by any country or shipping service beyond the standard shipping charge. We recommend that customers ask their local delivery services to provide information before ordering.

To view USPS temporary mail disruptions for certain international destinations, please visit the USPS website. Please refrain from mailing items addressed to the countries listed, until further notice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Things we are awesome at and guarantee:

• We process all orders within 3 days. Most orders will be shipped next business day, but as a small family owned business and parents of 4, shit happens - we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and proactive communication.
• We provide bitchin’ good customer service. If we messed up and you get the wrong item in your shipment, we apologize. Lines snap, hooks bend, my 12 year old puts the wrong shirt in the box… Stuff happens, but we will work quickly to fix any error - please email iamfishyaf@gmail.com so we can sort out any problem.

Things that suck as bad as bananas on a boat and we don’t guarantee:

• Shipping times. We use USPS and UPS as our carriers. Once your item leaves us, it is up to the carrier to get it to you. Sometimes when carriers have surges, too many margaritas, or other unforeseen issues that FishyAF cannot control, it can lead to delayed delivery. FishyAF can only provide estimated delivery times based on the information provided by our carrier. When you place an order and select your delivery option, you recognize that FishyAF is not responsible for shipping delays.
• Packaging Perfection…. Your item was perfectly packaged when it left FishyAF.  If the item was damaged by the carrier it is your responsibility to file a claim with that carrier as the recipient.  FishyAF is not able to file a claim on your behalf.  USPS Claim Link.  UPS Claim Link.
• People who steal suck at life, but they do exist. Once your package leaves us, it is in the hands and/or tentacles of the carrier. We honor our carrier’s tracking information when they list an item as delivered. If some no-talent-ass-clown Michael Bolton, Aliens, or any malicious entity took it off of your property or if a package was mis-delivered it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. FishyAF is not responsible for packages shown as delivered by carrier tracking.
• Discreet Shipping. Our return address is on our packaging and does show our name. This means your wife will probably see that you bought more fishing shit again! We are not liable for your divorce or any mental anguish this causes. If you are purchasing this as a gift and don’t want a roommate, spouse, child, or talking parrot that lives with you to see it please consider mailing it to an alternate address.

• USPS Standard Mail: 1-5 business days for transit 
• USPS Ground Advantage Service: 1-3 business days for transit (up to 13oz)
• USPS Priority Mail® Service: 1-3 business days for transit
• USPS Priority Mail Express® Service: Next day to 2 business days for transit
• UPS Ground Shipping: 1-6 business days for transit 
• UPS Next Day Air® Shipping: 1 business day for transit

International Shipping (varies by destination, this is a guide for reference only and is subject to change)

• USPS First Class Package International: Varies by destination - est. 1-4 weeks
• USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days for transit
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 3-5 business days for transit
• UPS Worldwide Saver®: 6-10 business days for transit
• UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days for transit
• Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties for international shipments

A NOTE TO OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ON CUSTOMS/ DUTIES/ TAXES DUE AT THE BORDER, AND BROKERAGE FEES:

• Customs and duties may be collected prior to or upon delivery of your package. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
• You may estimate your duty and taxes here. Please note to enter values in Canadian currency at the correct exchange rate.
• USPS does NOT charge brokerage fees on top of their shipping charges and duty due.
• UPS may charge "brokerage fees" on top of their shipping fees and the tax due on your package for the "service" of handling customs for you. This can be as much as 50% of the value of your items.
• Duties and fees may change at any time. The information here is provided as a reference for finding the information that applies to you and your location. FishyAF is not responsible for issues arising from carrier or country fees.
